I really got a lot out of the training, both in terms of learning about the principles of NVC, and practical experience to go forward and get started using NVC in my daily life. Daren did a wonderful job of creating a welcoming atmosphere in an online group session, and I really appreciated the warmth and skill they brought to the facilitation.
